30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Opened, used, or partially opened advent calendars are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Cabin Advent calendar arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at cabinadvent@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Once we review your request, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return if your item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Cabin Advent will cover the return shipping costs when a return is required.

Please contact our support team before sending any items back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Opened or used advent calendars.

• Items missing original packaging or included accessories.

• Items returned without prior authorization.

• Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
